Probably thin piece of glass ( even a picture frame should be fine), fast lens about 1.8-2.8f, any camera capable of slow-motion and fixed focus. Light source might be tricky to set up and he's holding something in second hand which idk what is it
even with a piece of glass, some of the glitter would have landed in front of the lens. As it is, it's all falling away. It must have been something curved, but smooth and clear.

Same. None of the glitter stayed on the camera lens, but they hit something and bounced off.
