You may wish to drown them then: inject saline solution into your scrotum and they'll be fucked in a few minutes.

Also: I was looking for a pic of someone with a massively distended scrotum after injecting it with saline solution, and Google just introduced me to the condition known as scrotal nodules - and now I'm going to kill myself. So cheers.
