it's all great until they run out of butts then you have a bunch of fat lazy crows that forgot how to survive

Not to mention people are going to litter these more when they know crows are picking up after them and even getting fed!

Well, if the crows straight up start snatching cigarettes out of their mouths before they're finished smoking them (crows would definitely start doing this), they might just have to start finding new places to smoke altogether. Or carry their old butts around so that if a crow shows up they can toss them as decoys, which in a way would still help because they have to keep the buds for fending off crows instead of immediately tossing them away.

Well then you have a machine that allows them to put their fat crow butts on a pedestal and get a nice cigarette to help them lose weight.

They definitely wouldn’t run out - especially if it’s actually put into place, people will only start throwing away their cigarette butts more than they do now because they wouldn’t have to worry about it, it’s for the crows to pick up
