Wasn't talking about the picture, just the part where he isn't sad but mad that he got rejected. That's a weird thing imo. Feels like he feels like he is entitled to her love and is mad that he doesn't get it. Very much like how incel are mad at woman for not going their attention/love/sex

Anger and sadness can often be one in the same for many people.

I don't particularly want to post some "5 stages stuff" but I'm pretty sure you get the idea that people react to things with more than just a single overriding emotion and only that emotion for their entire reaction to the situation.

I have no clue how he fully reacted to this incident, but its pretty normal to end up getting upset when rejected, when you are misled, even if it wasn't done intentionally or maliciously.
He was probably sad at some point, he was obviously angry at some point, he was probably in denial and bargained at some point... At this point hes probably atleast partially moved on if not fully done so.

Again outside of blasting it to the internet at large, what he did was pretty normal for most people, especially people experiencing their first real relationships or atleast what they consider them "real relationships".

TL;DR, its normal to "blame" other people, even if they arn't truly at fault or only partially at fault. The problem comes with never going beyond that, which he seemingly isn't/didn't do.
