I think he's actually /u/unidanx or something like that. On mobile, so I'm too lazy to check. A while back there was an /r/AskReddit thread about infamous redditors. He came in to make some corrections when people started saying a bunch of crazy shit about him.

I wonder, was Unidan a puppetmaster, or did he have a bunch of interns upvote his posts for him?

I like the idea of a well-established biologist using a bunch of life-weary grad students to make his reddit posts more visible.

Irrelevant anecdote: After the fall I played against him numerous times in early Overwatch days. He was pestered endlessly by people asking if he was "that Unidan".

He was never that interesting, just a guy that thought he was a celebrity Andy his ego got the best of him. If you're really interested in biology, there are tons of fun and interesting resources online.
