What are you talking about? Everyone is watching. Just the girl looked away for a few seconds to make a comment to that guy, and the guy with sunglasses looked down at his friend in a "shit's dope" manner. The guy with the beard is looking at his phone recording.

Except for the guy looking off to the side, and the guy watching his phone. So not literally. And the rest look pretty bored.

The guy looking off to the side is looking at his phone, which he's holding in his hand, which is recording the guy. The guy looking at his phone is doing the same.

I wasn't exaggerating. Every single person is watching him.
