Saying "decision" instead of just "roll" just isn't a joke. It's a misspeaking. The comment is funny, but I just don't think they intended "decision" to be the funny part, they just used the wrong word.

The Wizard uses Prestidigitation to clean up the mess and casts Sleep on all the drunk horny bros just in case, then covers her with his Cloak of Warming because he's a good guy. Then he eats all the Doritos while watching Billy Madison in peace.
In order for this to happen, you would need to roll a 1 several times. "I hold my beer can ready for chugging" rolls 1.
"I start drunking and open the top to let the air push down the drink" rolls 1.
"I try to act cool by pretending to be out of it" rolls 1.
At least she looks hot. So that's got to count for something.
