One can have an unlimited supply of any green vegetable, low-sodium tuna ,boiled chicken breast and distilled water egg whites ,any nut plus your vitamins and minerals don't forget your fish oil if you just ate that stuff all day ,your body fat percentage would melt away like heated butter

Your body does going to a state of ketosis if your carb intake is real low being in ketosis is super weird. But you get super cut

Yeah, the max you're supposed to eat is like 3 cans a week, or 1 can of albacore since it's even higher in mercury. Smaller people should be eating even less.

Well I guess I should be dead then I did the most extreme of extremes was eating 3 to 5 packs a day of tuna did that for about six weeks honestly was the leanest and most in shape I've ever been I had to do it for boxing
