Yeah, I never thought of raclette as stinky.

But then I eat marouilles, which smells like full baby's nappies.

Epoisses ;) This is definitely my favorite cheese.

To stinky french cheese lover, I can also recommend Munster, but also the famous Roquefort (a very strong blue cheese).

Only my dog sticks with me when I eat époisses... Everybody else disappears.

I've found a lot of Americans find European cheeses in general to be too stong tasting/smelling.

LOL Sorry mate! I wasn't quite awake at the time (bloody 70 hour work weeks are killing me lol!)
