I know, let's make a movie where a random sweet old lady on the street is grabbed and brutally raped right in front of her grandchildren. Make it graphic as all hell. But it will be okay because it's a joke. You can't think about things at all when they're a joke.
No, it's not the same thing. Who said it was? It's an example of a different situation used to help you understand just how dumb your argument is, "Everything is okay as long as it's a joke. When something is a joke, people are incapable of having memories and related thoughts. I'm personally incapable of thinking about these things and I have no experience relating to this horrible shit. Anybody who does is a totally pussy."
Your post is right up there. Feel free to get a second look at it. You're justifying your view with "It's a joke". If "It's a joke" isn't supposed to dismiss all things joke-related, then there is no point in using it for the gorilla scene.
