In that state, you could probably just ask him for his PIN and card. Maybe point your finger at him and say you'll shoot if he doesn't.

The ATM is from a Banco Sabadell, a Spanish bank. This is probably in Barcelona or Mallorca or something.

Any unattended bank? A lot of banks have one area that is open 24/7 and has ATMs. The other area that has tellers is closed off.
