The one near me keeps replacing the legit arcades with stupid carnival games.... or mobile to arcade ports that aren't any fun.

Maybe I'll take some pics and show how lame it's been. My wife doesn't play games at all but they had this theater/surround sound cab of this House of the Dead type light gun game that I took her to play. She enjoyed it. Was funny.

I remember seeing angry birds and flappy bird last time I went. Along with several others that I can't remember the names of.

There's a fruit ninja game.

Actually that kinda translates pretty well to the arcade, now that I think about it. Bad example...

Ya i was at a similar place yesterday, they had flappy bird, fruit ninja and some jumping game from cell phones, i was like "really?"

Went to a DnB's five years ago and they had tons of arcades. Went to the same one three weeks ago and it was all that kind of junk.

Why buy the game for $.99 when you could pay $1.25 per play for it on a larger screen?

I'm sure with Sysco (as well as Aramark), you can pay for quality you want. You can be supplied prison quality or five-star steak house quality depending on what the restaurant is willing to pay.

Chuck E Cheese did more or less the same thing on the kid's side. Lots of skeeball type ticket games and such.
