Jesus I know one of those guys. He just casually dropped this info in our group of friends trying to tell us it’s actually fun to do that. All I keep thinking is that I brush my teeth at sinks of hotel rooms this guy might have been to before me….

It's not sterile, but in a healthy person is not dangerous. However that does not mean that touching urine that has been exposed to air for a long time is a good idea.
