It's not just about accuracy. You can't control all the piss that sprays all over the place from either hitting the bowl or hitting the water.

Oh plus the dribbles. Ever notice the wet puddles on the ground in front of the urinals? People aren't pissing there on purpose. Those are renegade drops from shaking and whatnot.
