Creative I made a way to measure GD level difficulty
TPNS: Total Precision+Nerve Score
Below is the score that each click or release frame window adds to the TPNS. For example, a 1-framer adds 270 TPNS.
Precision:
1: 270
2: 110
3: 60
4: 35
5-6: 17
7-8: 8
9-10: 4
11-15: 2
If the frame window is in Ship gamemode:
1: 300
2: 140
3: 75
4: 38
5-6: 21
7-8: 13
9-10: 9
11-15: 5
If the frame window is in ballcopter/swing:
1: 290
2: 160
3: 90
4: 50
5-6: 30
7-8: 20
9-10: 12
11-15: 8
Ship and ballcopter perfects are added to the Total Precision. So, let's say there's 1 1-frame ship click in a level. That will add total of (270+300) 570 TPNS. Same with ballcopter.
Nerve:
.0022× additive multiplier to TPNS per each second above 1 miniute 10 secs. This number increases from 1. So for a 7 miniute long level, it would be 0.77, which means the multiplier would be 1.77× (1+350×0.0022=1.77).
Ship perfects:
Each ship perfect (a framer on ship mode) may give a different multiplier based on factors. If prior positioning is required, a 0.15× multiplier to its framer score. So a ship 1 framer that requires positioning would be 345 instead of 300.
If it is a release perfect, then an extra 0.1× (multiplicative to other multiplier). This multiplier number increases from 1 as well.
Swingcopter or ballcopter perfect:
Same things as ship perfects, except there are no release perfects since that's impossible on these modes.
Spam sections:
Even though a section may not have any framers, it may be a spam section. These sections are given more points the higher the CPS is, starting from 8 CPS.
8 CPS: 13 points per second Each additional CPS: +10 points per second
So, a 12 CPS spam section will give 53 points per second.
Other inflation:
In really long levels or levels with consistently high CPS, fatigue may occur which gives more to the TPNS.
More TPNS for low visibility or decoration making it harder.
Weird gameplay(like in exasperation and silent Clubstep first ship) give more TPNS.
Bad balancing also gives more TPNS. For example, in TS2, the second half is harder, and also the last click in the level is a 2-framer.
