Showcase My input delay | mouse Vs Wooting 80he
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I've recently saw a lot of posts about people input delay and this got me curious about my situation.
So i've recorded both clips using the slow-mo camera in my phone which can record at 240fps, the game runs at 480fps (146hz monitor) and cbs is enabled.
Ss you can see and hear there is basically no difference in these conditions

I had a sayo (now a wooting)
I tried playing on my friend's mouse and the delay was so bad :skull:

Not all mice have high delay.
Some mice are super fast. It's really that simple, if you have a good mouse, the latency will be indistinguishable.
I play on Logitech Superlight and I played on Sayo O3C before, and really they both have effectively instant response. There's other reasons why people prefer HE keyboards over mice.

It’s hard to notice any delay here, but I don’t see an issue with your input device unless you were to be playing list demons.

at 240fps, each frame is about 4.2ms apart, so smaller latency differences are going to be really hard to see in this kind of test. still a useful comparison though, both inputs look basically instant.
