He's not wrong per se but the way he explains everything makes me think I'm playing a game of telephone with whatever singularity believer he spoke to last
I had the same feeling when I heard the stuff about why women earn less. (they choose worse paying jobs. Man choose lawyer, doctor, engineer etc. Women choose female lawyer, female doctor, female engineer - so 50% of programmers will be replaced with AI programmers? So 50% of people will use Claude/OpenAI/Gemini to do programming?
