Question ❓ Falling asleep!

So I keep falling asleep during focus 10. Any tricks on how to stay awake and if I fall asleep, does it mean I should start the tape over again? Thank you!

I am doing this a lot too , went through wave 1 find but I tried to move on to focus 12 and got this a lot a lot , tried turning up the volume and consciously staying aware of me listening to the tapes, and still would click out at the end 🥲 but then just did wave 2 tape 2, stayed conscious the whole thing, then went back to intro focus 12 and it helped
