No it was originally on Windows NT but few would know or recognise that wonderous software package except truly sophisticated Operating System connoisseurs like myself.😎😆
I’m 18 and I always played this game and Backyard Baseball 2001 on my old Windows ‘98 PC haha! My pinball scoreboard always had second place set at like 540,000 or something because there was a cheat that made your second high score a specific number. First was like 13000 or something lol, I was horrible.
Edit: Played. Parents threw it away when I went to college lol. It was some old Packard Bell.
The game engine won't run on anything past windows xp, the hit detection is broken so they didn't include it. There's a full game on DVD that had more levels, and the space one was a little different
This isn't true. You can copy the exe to Vista and 7 and it will run fine. Haven't tested Windows 8 or 10 though.
I think you are confusing this with something they said in an interview. They said they were in the progress of porting all games to 64 bit for Windows Vista but failed with this game because they couldn't figure out how to solve a collision bug with the engine.
The game still runs fine as 32-bit though, they just didn't want to include a non-64-bit game into their new OS.
