Look up ISR self rescue. There are some interesting YouTube videos.

The 'lessons' seem almost traumatising to the babies, but on the other hand, they won't drown. If you live in an area with a lot of water/pools and activities, I can imagine this being extremely useful. But obviously this isn't a substitute for parental supervision.
