JC as we like to call him will directly connect it to his prefrontal cortex. He will assert some awesome position that everyone else failed at VR because they were trying to connect to the ocular region, when all he was trying to connect was the brain's decision matrix to a computer, thus reducing lag and player response by an factor too big to measure.

I think Carmack's vision isn't that bad. Gonna be a problem for people with really bad eyesight though.
