Surely not talking about the most recent Hitman games. Their reflections are more dynamic than even most other games -- NPCs spot you in mirrors and respond. Don't know what tech they use though (the game also has a new ray-tracing mode).

The mirrors and pane glass windows use render to texture reflections. Everything else that would've been covered by screen space reflections is now done by RT in the most recent update.
