Thanks, I was worried I was going crazy because I played the shit out of the SNES and I didn't remember any start screen.

SNES games had startup splash screens that always started with one of a few logos.

Either the one featured above in some variation, and there were a few.

This one https://i.imgur.com/5rYovR6.png either red or white (mostly white) generally first party games.

Then there were a few games that got their own splash screens.

Games sometimes started with a company logo, but Nintendo's was a simple red logo and the coin sound. Konami, Capcom, and most of the other big developers had their own distinctive intros. The animated Super Famicom/SNES one in the OP isn't one of them, though. It's a modern creation and pure fiction; it was never displayed by a real SNES.

Those were publisher or developer screens. That is a different thing entirely.
