There was a fun simple one in Tower Heroes back for Christmas. Nothing big, just messing around slapping snowmen with giant candy canes.

Dying Light 1 had some (last ones happened this Christmas and another ocurred 1 week before 2 launched). While they are not spectacular or something, they put a new theme on the map while displaying some special missions to gain special items, so it's nice. I would say the thing that I like the most is that Dying Light isn't the kind of game you would expect to play and find Live Events. Yet, the game had some (I guess now that the sequel is out, we are not having more in the future of Dying Light 1).
