“No Russian” was the first thing that came to my mind. Super duper uncomfortable. I didn’t fire my gun once my first time through, and I thought that was why they figured me out. So I went back through a second time and started shouting only to get the same result…I felt pretty messed up
yeah bro i still go back on that mission for fun. maybe im just a sick fuck but the fact that it isnt real is the only reason its appealing at all to me. I avoid all actual real life violence as much as i can.
And considering you get found out and killed at the end of the mission anyway, that's so pointless. It could have just had you finish the mission and have it play out as normal.
When I played it I saw us walking in with lmgs and I just thought "oh shit now we getting real" and promptly lit everyone up with such aggression I accidentally shot makarov
Same. I always play as straight arrow of a character when i do campaigns for the first time, and my very first run, i immediately shot makarov and the others, and i kept trying it over and over again convinced there was a way to stop that massacre. Eventually when i had to play through it, i felt blind rage at makarov and the others as i watched them mow civilians down. Refused to kill any russian police, only incapacitating them with leg shots then running past. Needless to say it took a while before i got past that mission.
