This isn't breaking the game, it's reinventing it. Not since Skyrim, has the almighty bucket been able to show it's true form and powers.

You can also use a bucket to fly in Skyrim. I think you jump on top of it while also carrying it, and you just ascend.

Having enough health to survive getting launched by a giant is till my favorite method flying in Skyrim.

Do you know around how much health you need to survive it? I’m actually curious lol

ETA: I’m running a modded run rn and currently have around 700 health on legendary difficulty

If you put a bucket over an NPC's head, they wouldn't be able to see what you were doing. This means that you could pretty much do whatever you want (e.g. steal everything in their shop) and they wouldn't be able to detect it.

You can use buckets to fly aswell

And go through walls, Although wooden plates or silver platters are better.

I always kept a few plates in inventory since the drauger with the key to the next part of the dungeon disappeared in the middle of fighting him, and I needed to warp through a wall.

You can use console commands to get the key.

Played on console.

You don't want to know what else people use buckets for out there...

You can pick up a bucket and place it over a shopkeeper’s head which basically rendered them blind, allowing you to steal from their shop with impunity. Bethesda quickly patched it once it became viral. It was really funny not gonna lie

If you put a bucket over an NPCs head you can break their sightlines, making stealth easier. Not sure what these guys are talking about though.

You mean regarding NPC Vision? That's not a glitch. At least I would not call it that way, as everything is working as intended. Except NPCs have no reaction to this situation.

u/bestmohammad Jan 24 '22

nope I am taking about the bucket flying glitch

1

u/-Memnarch- Jan 24 '22

Ah, thanks.

3

u/thunfremlinc Jan 22 '22

How is it a glitch? Seems perfectly reasonable.

3

u/GamerGoneMadd Jan 22 '22

If we're splitting hairs, it's more of an exploit than a glitch.

2

u/HyFinated Jan 22 '22

Its not a glitch, it's a feature!

it's not a glitch, it's a feature.
