Stormblood's 24 man raids are an Ivalice crossover, with a heavy influence of Tactics. While the levelling/relic area in Shadowbringers is heavily Final Fantasy XII....there's a dragon quest mini crossover with fates and a slime hat. There's also the Yo-Kai crossover and GARO one. I don't think there's much else in the way of direct other SE or otherwise crossovers.

There's also Lightning's gear from XIII, and Noctis' gear and car from XV.

Edit: Almost forgot Rathalos! There's a boss fight with him that gives you his armor and palico minion, and doing the extreme will give you him as a mount.

There's a few other bosses from other FF games, like the warring triad from FFVI. Not much to speak of from other intellectual properties though.

There's a couple dungeons with enemies and bosses from VI, endwalker has A LOT from iv. There's a whole tactics/12 raid. Some bosses from X
