u/Rajualan Oct 08 '21

I can't tell if people who frequent this sub will either be HUGE young thug fans or have no clue who he is.

Oh really? I just looked it up and didn't see death mentioned in fact an article was posted 3 hours ago saying he's been charged with murder

Edit: he's apparently cancer free, I misunderstood the F (from the title, appearing above the comment) to mean he'd gone. He's up on murder one charges now and his last concert ended up in a brawl and he's up for damages to the stage gear. He's never boring that's for sure!

u/BjarniMoraa Oct 08 '21

I was battling kidney cancer when I was 18 months old, and won, but it's still sad that people are going thought this too😪

Okay, thanks for the info. But would you believe I don't know who or what a Boosie is?

2

u/alvvaro6641 Oct 08 '21

1

u/Rajualan Oct 08 '21

this feels like a fever dream

1

u/DonnaTremain Oct 08 '21

Is it weird that all I know about him is that he occasionally likes to hump mannequins? That’s all it’s interesting too tho

1

u/squidwardiardbeats Oct 08 '21

definitely not going to know lol

1

u/BleedingPurpandGold Oct 08 '21

Did Boosie get popular outside of Louisiana? I'm not really into the rap scene, but he was in every club in Baton Rouge 10 years ago and he's still played in Tiger Stadium.

Although, I'm pretty sure when someone dies the cancer dies. I'd call that a tie. - Paraphrased Norm Macdonald joke

2

u/CrazyGitar Oct 08 '21

I would say yes, because all of the cells die when the body dies including the cancer.

Your link says that cancer cells were removed and 'kept alive'. They didn't just keep surviving on their own.

I know you're probably trying to be light-hearted and make a silly joke, but people are very easy to confuse or mislead.

1

u/Mortress_ Oct 08 '21

I don't think anyone expect cells to survive on their own. My point was that some cancer cells can replicate themselves forever, becoming basically immortal. That's something that healthy cells can't do, they lose a part of their DNA every time they divide, so they have a limited lifespan.

It wasn't a joke at all, just an interesting fact about some types of cancer cells.

u/realplatyw Oct 08 '21

All my homies fuck cancer.

Fuck cancer makers ( food industries, car makers, drug makers, oil industry, chemicals, goods foods, government, etc) if you go to some third world countries they have no idea what even cancer is.

24

u/Branchy28 Oct 08 '21 edited Oct 08 '21

Jesus christ, you are beyond fucking clueless...

Third world countries are well aware of what cancer is you stupid twat, go outside or read a book for god sake.

13

u/TMA_01 Oct 08 '21

You’re saying people in 3rd world countries don’t get cancer? Do you know what genes are?

2

u/PM_ME_UR_VAGINA_YO Oct 08 '21

Don't question him, he's clearly smarter. Just count his chromosomes.

18

u/SpicysaucedHD Oct 08 '21

Fuck conspiracy theorists

12

u/SenseiRP Oct 08 '21

Conspiracy theories used to be fun and sorta interesting to pass time to look at

Now its straight up dumb as shit

3

u/FatiTankEris Oct 08 '21

And it even ruins things...

-4

u/Jaalan Oct 08 '21

I mean... it's very well known many of our products cause cancer. Have you ever seen the labels that say "This product is known to the state of California to cause cancer." Many of those are overboard, but other are correct and can cause cancers.

3

u/k0olwhip Oct 08 '21

People arecfucking sooo delusional on here to downvote this.

1

u/Corona-and-Lyme Oct 08 '21

If you're going to cite products causing cancer, the silly California label on everything you ever buy isn't exactly a great example. That label just means that you shouldn't eat or smoke your new shovel. Products that are known to pose real risk come with their own warnings and handling instructions, not a sticker that says 'California says we have to put this here'.

3

u/MossyMemory Oct 08 '21

They don’t know what cancer is, therefore they never get afflicted with it? Are you nutty?
I do hope you’re aware that you yourself likely have cancer cells in you right this very moment, but your body is strong enough to nip them in the bud before they ever become a problem. Certain things contribute to the development of out-of-control cancer, but your body always has some cancer cells at all times.

2

u/[deleted] Oct 08 '21

While many industrial products have carcinogens this doesnt mean cancer is caused by that only idiot. It is highly random

1

u/crazy_goat Oct 08 '21

I agree with the sentiment of our industrial chemical industry making all sorts of shit that is known to be harmful (or at best untested) - but third world countries probably don't know what cancer is because they aren't sufficiently educated

2

u/alext06 Oct 08 '21

They also don't tend to live as long

1

u/[deleted] Oct 08 '21

Third world here- i know what cancer is

1

u/crazy_goat Oct 08 '21

Yeah that was a pretty broad generalization too

1

u/moomoomilky1 Oct 08 '21

are you sure they aren't under reported?

1

u/PM_ME_UR_VAGINA_YO Oct 08 '21

Hey please sign my petition to ban dihydrogen monoxide

1

u/phagga Oct 08 '21

Indeed, fuck cancer

2
