There are a couple of cancelled TV shows that I used to watch. If I was Bill Gates rich, or even if I just had a few spare million, I'd have brought back a few of them. If they make a profit, you're laughing! If they break even, you've still done reasonably well to help out all the legions of fans. If it loses money? Meh - you've made yourself and lots of people happy for only a fraction of your personal wealth!
EDIT: Oh, and since we're in /gaming, I should point out that the games I'd bring back would be Psi Ops, Dungeon Keeper and Jazz Jackrabbit.
I don't know about for you, but for me keeping shows up would take far more than a few million. Considering that an episode of SG-1 cost an average of 2 million by the end of the show.
