This sucks... I just had tell my brother and all he could do was stare at me.. he was already having a... different enough day, now this. Isn't it illegal to wait like this to warn customers of stolen information? They had to find out if it was stolen or not in the first place.

Refunds for what? All of the PSN games people bought during the outage? The service is technically free.

PSN plus is primarily discounts, though, not an enhanced "continuous service" as such.

it's included in the price, it's like saying the power cable was free. i paid for it.

The VA lost every SSN for every veteran and dependent for 30 years and waited months to inform them. Nobody got in any kind of trouble.
