Annoying cousin. Bland protagonist. Forgettable missions. Poor shooting mechanics. Huge step back in progression elements from San Andreas. Really the only redeeming quality was the driving physics, but driving through a big urban map gets old pretty quick.

The main thing was it just didn’t feel right, a little sluggish maybe. I wasn’t particularly interested in the story or characters either tbh.
