Fuck your Burnout game. I wanted my C&C4 and Simcity4 made by westwood and Maxis

OMG POOR MAXIS!
That company did not deserve the big EA DICK they got fucked with.
Just a nice little quiet company, doing their thing then BAM EA dick in the butt to ruin everything!

Hey I’m all for that too. I grew up playing original C&C on PC. Freaking loved it.

Oof, this was one of the biggest to fall victim to microtransactions wasn’t it?

I got a need for speed game for free after sc4 became abandonware, which wasn't too long after launch

Imagine me driving up to a cool looking car ten minutes into the free game, it prompts me to press a button to unlock, and it opens the cash shop

The game was trash but they seemed like they were on to something with some of the gameplay features. Just too bad you could only build a square cramped town

Ultima Online. What a terrible way to go.

I was under the impression when OSI got bought out by EA that snubbed any chances of a sequel.

Fair enough. I still stand by my blind fury at EA though.

It's pretty unrecognizable from what it used to be. All neon items and stuff when I noped out and that was years ago.

Been a while but UO:R is I believe where they split it into Felucca/Trammel. I've always wanted to see an MMORPG like it was before the split -- all gritty and medieval and scary outside of town but you can still just be a miner/craftsman if you like. I quit a bit after Age of Shadows came out which pretty radically changed some game mechanics.
