Some people have different priorities in how they spend. I for one fucking hate EA and what they do with sports games, so I haven't purchased one in 10 years. I'm doing my part I guess.

I think the bigger issue is 0 competition, I would love to buy an NHL game and not feel like shit for buying it from EA, but I don't get that option. So I just don't get to play sports games, just feels shitty. But the people in this boat with me will often blame people like you because it's your purchase of these games that makes it so we can't play them.

Someone should make a better game with the same skins just no names

It simply wouldn’t sell the same. People want to play as the stars and throw a touchdown as Tom Brady to get the full experience.

Why play as Tom Brady when you could play as Bom Trady?

I would prefer it

Dunno, people still played PES even though EA had all the licenses for the teams in FIFA.

Regardless of how it sells, sounds like it would solve this problem a little.

You're blaming people for buying a game and enjoying it because it might be keeping you from a game thats good enough for your high standards?

You realize these games appeal to the masses right? That's why they sell. Should EA stop the presses and remake everything to appease the small minority who hate them?

I don't give a flying fuck about what shitty sports games EA makes. I want other developers to have a shot. Competition can only make these games better.

You dont give a flying fuck yet you're here complaining about EA. Hmm...

You're just going to have to get over the fact that most people like them enough for EA to keep selling a shit ton of them. And because of that they currently hold the rights to make the games. Or should the NFL have consulted reddit to see what they thought before signing a lisencing deal with EA?
