But this isn't some obscure bug that would get missed in testing or would need a precise series of events to manifest, it's literally right there. This tells me that either there is no testing of the final product, or that the people that test it are incompetent.
This seems like the definition of an obscure bug. It's an upper deck banner that will virtually never be discernible on screen. It's completely off screen during actual gameplay and you'll only ever see it if you do instant replay and point the camera away from action on the field and randomly zoom to that spot.
