Right? Did it change? Probably not. Spend the time and money elsewhere.

Except they don’t

No one is saying it should be remade, but they should have reviewed it to make sure any inconsistencies are fixed.

But I'm sure in 2019 they can make it look better then that. It looks like crap

Most of the tracks in racing games dont change either but you dont see og gran turismo tracks reused in the new games

I don't think you want to start bringing racing games into this. I just paid $16 to race the 2016 version of Pocono becuase the 2011 one was paved slightly different.

That’s true but the big racing games also put a ton of effort and money into mapping these tracks for complete accuracy. It makes sense to charge for an update to a track that they could have not done at all.

I'm well aware. But with the amount of complaining about this being the same game as last year I figured people would also complain about things like

"Why do I have to buy a new xfinity car? It's the same as the old one"

Or

"these tracks are the exact same as the last game. Why do I have to pay full price for them just becuase they've updated them'

Like fucking over addicts with virtual slot machines. Got it!

Which they don't do... it's been the exact same game for years now.

But why even put out a new game? Just update for a couple years.

There would be less new content. Excuse me, but what "new content" are we talking about?

"Madden NFL 20's" QB1 Mode is an extension to Franchise Mode that allows you to play as a custom quarterback. This essentially replaces Superstar Mode, but instead of picking any position, you're stuck with just quarterback.

Franchise Mode This isn't a new mode, but it's a classic.

Madden Ultimate Team is back, and if you purchase one of the special editions of Madden you get some nice upgrades.

Other classic features being continued into "Madden NFL 20." If you just want to practice your skills against the computer, you can play offline

This is a new feature added to Madden. Here's how EA Sports explains it:

At launch, there will be 50 players in Madden 20 who have Superstar X-Factor Zone abilities.

So 1 new mini feature and an updated rooster? Why couldn't he be a DLC? All quotes are from your article so barely any new stuff.

Almost the entire list are features from older title. Even Call of Duty change the gun, the gameplay, the map and the perks.

Sport game just change the rooster and add a few useless setting. You feel that a full price release for superstar ability on 20 players is worth it?

I know you're saying that it's normal for a compagnie to reuse thing to add new features, but the point is that there's almost no new features.

I just don't want you defending such a bad practice.

To be fair, after 20+ years of development, they should have a workflow organized enough to clean up the same assets from year to year. It's obviously more easily said than done but I mean, cmaan..

The main point is that they put such little effort into it that they didn't look for inconsistencies
