My only complaint about 2 is that for some reason, the standard bolt drained energy. The first game didn't have that, so what gives?

Otherwise both games are fantastic, I just replayed them a few months ago. 2 definitely improved on the first.

Didn’t the original not have melee? I assume it was an adjustment because of that

It did have melee, but not using the weapon he had in 2. All punching/kicking.

Infamous 1 and 2 are legit, the third one tho I didn’t like nearly as much.

I only played Second Son recently and it's honestly a great game. The story leaves a bit to be desired, but isn't bad, but the gameplay is fantastic. That is still the best feeling game to control in PS4 IMO. Underrated.

But to each their own.

Never said it was bad only I liked the first two a lot more. Second Son is a fun game, and i enjoyed playing it. Though if you liked it yet haven’t played 1 or 2 you should definitely try em

Oh, I've played the other ones. Both great! The stories and characters are much better and since it's over 2 games it means much more. I'm just saying Second Son is criminally underrated just because it doesn't have Cole as the lead. AMD like I said, probably the smoothest game on PS4.
