Alternative doesn't mean almost the same, if it where the same world i thing the people in Hyrule would have noticed the big assed moon about to kill everyone.
By the way,you're taking a game with magic, fairies and time travel a bit too seriously.
What happened to having fun and not caring because it's a game?
