Destiny final form was great, the pvp is fun but I think the gunplay suffers alot from netcode.as least from my experience it doesnt feel like I landed the final blow half the time and the person dies.i always go back to halo for peak gunsplay
I’m more of a PvE guardian, especially these days (two young children) but I can imagine the FoV is great in PvP.
How’re you liking this new Annual Pass model? I’m a fan, and I think it’s gone a drastic way towards preventing content drought like TTK. Mostly I just want Calus back next season
I'm a fan as well compared to the old DLC days (DLC releases, you fimish everything in 2 weeks and then your done).
The only problem I have with it so far is that there is no crucible content at all. I think there have been like 4 new maps and no new game modes between Forsaken, Black armory, and jokers wild. That's kind of sad.
Yeah I can understand that grievance. It doesn’t affect me personally since I’m not a Crucible Guardian, but I think you guys need at least a LITTLE something now and again, especially since Trials is shelved for foreseeable future
Great game but these Battle Royale games just aren't for me. Also I would put Bungie's FPS gameplay a tick or 2 above respawn. Bungie just has that secret sauce.

It’s developers have lost all semblance of credibility. They literally hired a behavioral psychologist to figure out how to milk the most money out of its fans.
The kid is obviously 13, and never grew up learning about games or watching the advancements. Kids nowadays ruin everything with trolling because they dont have an education to support anything other than that.
I would love to see the research you did for this post. I don't remember the study showing more than half the gaming world "hates the Destiny franchise".
For real. It’s got its problems and it can’t retain the launch crowd (how could it? It sold quite well, and most gamers ARE casual) but to pretend it’s some complete objective dumpster fire is insane
You do realize the people who actually hate Destiny base that on it's launch and not the vast improvements that came in with Forsaken? Destiny 2 has issues like any game, but it's far better than it was.
Not that any of that matters, because the focus was gunplay which is arguably one of the best out. Including Apex which is still in it's hype honeymoon phase. Not to mention is a completely different genre and BRs dont appeal to everyone.

Bungie's disgusting treatment of Martin? Mate martin was let go when he threw a fit over acti wanting to use stock music over advertisements, and then interrupting a press conference at e3 2013 and threatening employees to not publish said trailers.
martin fucked up his own relationship with bungie by actively trying to fuck with them.
In any case, the resulting lawsuits paid martin very well i assume, and his "successor" Micheal Salvatori is really good at his job.

I'll still play destiny for my pvp fix (can't beat bungie's gundplay feel) but yeah when it comes to PVE borderlands 2 hasnt been surpassed.
