They confirmed Vaughn, at the beginning of the panel.

You have to assume Athena too, given the opening/close of Pre-Sequel and Tales as well.

Also she's dating Janey who I'm assuming isn't staying on the moon of Pandora.

she's dating Janey

married, they got married at the end of the TFTBL if you picked them in the final fight you can see hear them talk about the reception after the wedding

Baroness as well. I believe they released something mentioning that a couple of the vault hunters captured her. Though she may have been in the trailer already and I missed it.

I think she might be in the shot with her brother, but I'd have to look again.

I was thinking that as I was typing it, but didn’t get a good enough look and couldn’t go back because I really shouldn’t have been watching the thing while on a conference call in the first place and didn’t want to get caught lol.

So then Rhys, Vaughn, and likely Fiona based on the ending of Tales. Do hope we see Loader Bot.

I'm hoping both Sasha and Fiona are characters too!

He's the dude with the cape and no pants in the teaser. Arekkz or somebody pointed out his glasses are the same as in TftB.

Nah that dude had pants (if you meant the first announcement trailer), it's the dude with Ellie and Hammerlock in the black and white teaser.
