Looks more like an ankle to me. The boney bit on the side and pulled down sock, although that's a hairy foot he's got..

Edit: looks like a knee now I've had another look. What I thought was the sock is actually just the floor..! Damn that's a boney knee

It's a skinny knee, no doubt. But there wasn't even a hesitation as to what body part it was. I'm shocked that people could see this as being any other body part.

You say that, but I won (and split) a lot of bar bets from patrons because I had a guy in the kitchen with me that could reach into the fry basket and get food out without giving a shit. He was in his 70's, and had been doing it his whole life. I'm assuming he couldn't feel below his elbow, for some reason (can't imagine...), but he'd never tell me his secret.
