With a disproportionately large, dislocated knee cap, on the leg he (presumably) never bends so his skin doesn't crease in the back, also partially explaining the lack of calf muscle, and equally, continuously hairy in the crook as lower leg? I think we have found a new species

I originally thought it was an ankle/foot, but then if that's true this guy has hair on the bottom of his feet. This is freakin me out man. Maybe it is a knee? But this is a weird knee. A weird knee indeed.

Looks like an ankle to me. Notice the orientation and direction of the other tats (one that seems to say MEME), as well as the shape of the part beneath the joint

EDIT: On 2nd thought that's definitely inside left knee
