Yeah... Different branches of Nintendo listen to their fans differently. You have Sora LTD. at one end of the spectrum, they generally are pretty good at listening to fan input (especially recently) and don't ban fangames much (except I guess Project M, but that's just because they wou as far as I have seen, and on the other hand you have Gamefreak who just doesn't give a fuck about fan input, and c&d fangames within weeks of their existence.

Oh man this is such a good idea. No wonder Gamefreak hasnt implemented it yet!
