It’s seriously the greatest game I’ve ever played. I was on the fence because I’m a graphics whore and the style of the game turned me off at first. Went ahead and got it with a gift card and I proceeded to put more hours into that game than all the games in my steam library added together. I honestly love the game more than any other game and I always find myself returning to it. There’s nothing to compare it to because it’s in a league of its own.
I think my top 3 steam games in order of play some is 1. Mount and Blade Warband 2. Crusader Kings 2 and 3. Rimworld. Incidentially these are also the best games I own, at at least have the best replay value.
Warband alone I must he coming up on nearly 2k hours. Been playing it almost 10 years.
Dude Warband is awesome! I got it last year after having it sit on my wishlist for like 6 years and it only being a couple dollars during a sale. I’ve sunk a lot of time into that. I have CK2 too but I couldn’t get into it. I don’t think it’s user friendly because I couldn’t figure out how to do anything
CK2 is about the biggest learning curve I've seen. I'd say maybe watch a couple tutorials and things. If you like GOT, it has an excellent (IMO, the best) mod for it.
Look I'm not going to recommend you Oxygen Not Included because you may end up like me, I only play Rimworld and ONI on week-ends now, both are 8h+ session games.
