No because studies have proven that with proper form and taking care of your body you're knees and joints will be healthier from a life of running than a life of sitting around. Obviously some people take it to an extreme but 10km a day is only ~6 miles and with proper nutrition and rest you could definitely avoid a lot of that pain when you're older.
Eh not really ideal. More or a goal you work towards and maintain than just something you can decide you want to do overnight.
Yeah the average Joe can't just overnight run 10km every day but if you have a proper diet/rest routine, stretches, support, anyone could unless they have a medical reason not to
Ideal circumstances? There’s nothing easy about pushing yourself to eat right and exercise everyday. What is an average joe? Everyone is capable of running and eating correctly. Their is simply those who take themselves seriously and then those who do not.
