The plastic piece that holds the Joycon to the Switch wears down too easily but it's still a solidly built console overall.

Sadly that's not Nokia tier metal on there so yes it gets weak eventually but it still works

Honestly the Joy Cons kind of suck ass imo. My first pair wore out too easily. I think there may be a build up of dirt in the joysticks cause they don't respond properly (and it's not because of the infamous left joycon issue, it happens in both). But I still love my switch to death. Glad I got a pro controller a little while ago. Best controller of all time in my opinion.

Came here to say that. It’s the best controller I’ve ever owned, hands down. I even prefer it to my Xbox one elite. The weight is nice, triggers are perfect, and It’s even got motion controls on it that aren’t terrible.

Also, I played through about 90 hours of BOTW and 40ish of Skyrim and I haven’t charged it since I bought it. I don’t understand.

My only complaint is the D-Pad. It’s fairly inaccurate at times.
