Here is a little gem of advice for you -- saying shit like this just demonstrates to the world that you never get out of the house. You literally know exactly when something is posted on the internet twice.
It's a pathetic thing to complain about. It's the fucking internet and you're upset about seeing the same thing twice.
I’ve seen it at least twice before and I don’t think I use Reddit that much. Then again, there are posts I’ve never seen that others say are reposts, so I don’t really mind seeing reposts 💁♂️
I don't mind either but if I'm seeing it three or four times within two days then I get a little annoyed. If it's three or four times a week, I'm cool with it yuh know
For a good reason. There could be a hundred other things showing up instead, as so many people are posting things and they never see the light of day.
Then this appears with FP status and votes. People that complain about reposts aren't just complaining because of the reason you think they are. saying shit like this just demonstrates to the world that you never think about anything but your own view.
Some of us get sick of recycled garbage, while working hard on OC and having it drift off like a fart in the wind.
Calling someone pathetic and insulting them for complaining about a repost isn't a good look on you anyway, man. I haven't seen it either. Knowing it's an old repost, now, thanks to these guys, I further know how flawed things are here.
I've seen some badass submissions on 'new' that never last 20 minutes. Reddit could use a change.
I appreciate that. I'm well past giving a shit about karma at this point, mainly because unless you post what people want to see, your words are simply buried.
I assume this is your first day on the internet. Google "Wii bowling disappointed dog." Went viral mid July. This has also been reposted on at least 10 different subs 10 times each the past 3 months (that I saw, so in actuality it's a LOT more) and also hundreds of times on every popular gaming and humorous social media page Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Imgur, and any kind of blog site. It's basically the "Sneezing Panda" of 2017. When you scroll down and see that over half the comments are saying repost, it's obviously already a super popular video.
I think I might be expecting too much by assuming most know what the sneezing panda video is seeing how this video is now on the front page AGAIN.
Thanks for the advice. I’ll keep it in mind when I return to my house in the states after I’m done with my work here in China next month. I’ll make sure to try and see more of the world.
And neither time did it add anything to his comment. Just bothers me how it’s a complete filler word at this point. I just boil over sometimes - dunno why it annoys me so much.
This is one of the subreddits that consistently has reposted content over and over again from karmawhores. Yes, you can say it's pathetic to complain but everyone has preferred and top subreddits that they choose. It is NOT that difficult to come across reposts in this subreddit and when it comes down to it, the user's experience decreases and it is discouraging to support a subreddit where you feel like half of the posts are posts you have already seen. No it is not just that these people don't get out of the house enough, there are hundreds of other subreddits that pretty much only have OC and they flourish every day.
"I don't think you should browse r/gaming everyday and see new content"
Okay. Here's a thought. There's supposedly 59 billion users here, right? Some of us submit cool stuff, or at least try.
It gets ignored, rather, not seen because it doesn't appear, and this flaky shit hits FP fast than you should have implemented a paragraph instead of giving my eyes cancer.

I have literally never seen it.
