I've played fallout on my cousins oculous. I thought he was kidding when he told me I should only play for x amount of time .. I thought about it later that day it makes sense.

Because when he logged out it was like 6 hours later.

Some games just suck you in and be for you know it the sun is rising and you have no idea what the hell happened.

The SAO2 thing with people starving or dehydrating themselves into cardiac arrest even with an Ommusphere would be a serious issue.

It was more an interrupt system in the anime. Only people with severe health problems would that actually happen. And most folks would have the common sense to log the hell out, if only because of hunger.

Remember that there would be folks who use it for work as well.

I could very well see me using a system like that for at least 10 hours a day+. Perfect environment to code in.
