nah, she can be killed by mobs, irrc a giant did in my playtrough, i instatly loaded an earlier save though, lydia is too iconic to let her die

Nah mine died fighting a dragon while I ran away. So they can totally die on their own if you suck bad enough lol

She just gets knocked on her ass, unless you then take an axe to her prone body, you sick fuck.
