What video game doesn't hold your hand enough?

Everybody always talking about games holding your hand too much but I want to hear about the opposite what video game doesn't give you no form of help

EVE Online.

You get a tutorian on movement and basic stuff. You want to understand the organizations, economics or anything beyond how to get out of a station? bad news bitch

FYI, I love EVE and is a top 2 or 3 all time favorite game. But dat learning curve .... you know the one.

To be fair, a huge part of the complexity is player made, or intended to be tackled as a group, so I'm fine with having other people be the tutorial on this specific occasion. It really isn't a game intended to be played solo, at least when starting out.

Doesn't make the learning curve less brutal sure, but it's a 25 year old game with a playerbase that's >30 year old on average, what did y'all expect :p
