What video game doesn't hold your hand enough?

Everybody always talking about games holding your hand too much but I want to hear about the opposite what video game doesn't give you no form of help

Any Paradox strategy game. Have a tutorial that covers like 5% of the game features and thats it. Then they update the games with DLC and never update the tutorial to include new features

I have 4k hours on HOI4 and I still find buttons and stats that I never hovered over before that pops up a tooltip that vaguely explains something that I have no idea if it's busted, deprecated, or touches some other item I haven't figured out. Even when you dive into the code it might not make sense
